Pump & Shred

A class combining high impact work with functional movements both with and without weights, adaptable to all equipment or lack of.

The workouts change every 4 weeks so that progress can be monitored

Equipment – anything available, bars, dumbbells, kettlebells or body weight, if you do not have these you can use bottles of water or tins, you will also ideally need a mat
